Mr. Songkran Issara, Chief Executive Officer of Charn Issara Development Public Company Limited, and Mr. Natee Panichchiva, Chairman of Nopparat Company, have signed a joint venture agreement to establish Issara Nopparat Company Limited for the development of a mixed-use project on Phuket Island, named “Sri Panwa Lagoon”. This project will feature luxury hotels, villas, and a community area on over 60 rai of land in the Cherng Talay area, a prime location in the heart of Phuket's popular attractions, with a project value exceeding 5 billion baht. This initiative marks a new mega project for Charn Issara, which will be a Luxury Branded Residence by the lakeside in central Phuket, following their successful development of the Sri Panwa project at Cape Panwa. Present at the signing were Mr. Warasith Issara, Mr. Ditwat Issara, and Ms. Theeraporn Srijaroenwong from Charn Issara Development Public Company Limited, along with Ms. Klaiduan Panichchiva and Ms. Muenjan Panichchiva, held at the Kronos Office, Sathorn Tower, recently.
